Charlie- is there an online service manual for z50's?

I'm gonna pull the right side (clutch cover?) off this morning to see if the clutch may just be stuck. I'm assuming its like a go cart like clutch? sprung clutch plates that expand on a bell type pressure plate? kinda in the dark here.

I may just give you a call Charlie if you don't mind

On a brighter note, I finished welding up my "pretty" muffler for my Buell last night, paint today and polish out some stainless I "borrowed" from a Ford Explorer

Well I have a flywheel puller and clutch tool at the house. Came with the bike! I dont know of an online manual but I have a hardcopy you can borrow.

They should be, I was replacing them everytime I had a problem and it turns out that pads would have solved most of them.

I would get a set of EBC pads, I will check your rears out and see if you need them. I am going to try and reload your map this week and see.

I went for a ride on her the other night and all was well, till I stopped for a few min. The ride home was a little scary.

Sweet. My new Joe Rocket Speedmaster pants arrived today after 3 months on backorder. It's a shame they didn't arrive a couple of days sooner, because they have extra pads in a couple of spots I smacked into the pavement Saturday afternoon. : ) I couldn't walk around in shiny new pants with virgin pucks, so I put on all my gear and broke them in riding the 50 around my neighborhood.

Charlie, the fiddy's running better now. I bumped the fuel needle up to the 5th slot, which is as rich as it'll go. It feels smoother on the bottom end now. I tried opening up the air screw a bit, but it felt like the power went down. It's only half a turn out, so maybe between the K&N and the Ti-Force, I actually need a larger jet.
