Accessories that you would like to see come out for the 1125R? What are some of the modifications do you plan for your 1125R?

I’m trading my Uly for the 1125R and I’m really going to miss the bags and top case. So I’ve been searching the net and playing with Photoshop and this is what I’ve come up with for hard bags so far. Still a lot of questions to answer. I will have to do some mods on the mounts. Might have to mod or move the rear turn signals. What will be the first point of contact, the bags or foot pegs? (the rear view is a Firebolt but you get the idea)

I got my pictures from cvs on cd and it says they are to big to put on here and I have some nice bags and other things I think you guys would want to see. I have to get the size to 800 X 1600 and do not know how to shrink them down. Mike |

I've changed the wheel to translucent amber, put on the touring seat and put the XB12Ss dropped pegs on. Garmin mounting is in the works and I will be working out how to put a set of hard bags on it. Oh yea, I've installed the Buell Heated grips. |

What mount you going to use for the GPS? Also what model is it? I have my Quest II from my Harley that I also used on my Uly, took the bracket off the Uly when I sold it but it will not fit the 1125R. You gonna make bracket for th Givi's or modify an existing bracket? |

The Zumo RAM ball mount works great on the front M/C bolts. Nice even for one as big as the Zumo. I have Quest on my ST1300 dash, via RAM mounts. Spencer LD modified seat. AmpliRider Amp. Escort 8500 X50 PIAA 1100X driving lights Kisan LED license plate with sequential turn signals and Tail Blazar stop light. Neil S |

If you run high beams the unit shuts off after a min, so it dosen't hurt the unit. |

You gonna make bracket for th Givi's or modify an existing bracket? For the Givi's I'm going to modify an existing bracket, I just have to find the one/model that will take the least mods. I have a Quest GPS and I just got the bike home today so I'm going to see what and where I can mount the GPS} |

Having a door opener hooked up to your High Beam or Horn is very easy to use. You never forget to put it in your pocket. You never lose it. (I've lost many) You never have to go through all your riding jackets to find where the remote is. You do not have to replace the battery. You do not have to fumble around your pockets while riding slow down your rock driveway trying to find the button. TwoBuells out! (Not to be mistaken for Two Socks from Dances With Wolves) btw, aerostich is way cool, I've bought many things from them! |

Aerostich has some cool things. I just picked up a belt from them (for your pants). It's actually a *seat* belt out of a 70's GM muscle car. My co-workers think I am crazy. |

Mike, I have a pair of CTB Lites. By far the best set of boots I've ever owned and I must say, some of the least expensive. They are made by SIDI. Been using Snow Seal on them. Haven't had a wet foot yet, not even close. I live on the west coast in Oregon so I've had a most excellent opportunity to try them out in the rain! 2183 miles since the first of Jan. 08, and many, many before that on the XB9S. They still look practically new too. The leather lining is first class! JJ |

The Aerostich Combat Touring Boots are the "Gold Standard" but they do take quite a while to break in. Like about everything Andy Goldfine sells. . . they just work. |
