Has anyone ever bought anything from this website? I ordered a helmet for my girl on 2/24. I called them on 3/3 to get a tracking number and they claim the helmet had not shipped. They told me it would go out that day and to call back for a tracking number. I've tried calling back and emailing them the last two days. NOTHING. I'm getting pissed. My girl wanted to ride to Bike Week, plus her birthday is Monday the 10th and that's what she wanted. |

I ordered replacement face shields last year for the old KBC. Nothing good or bad to report - except they DID have them in stock (helmet is out of production) |

I re-read your original post and I'd call another company FIRST to check stock. I think I'd call them back, explain your circumstances... tell them that you're going to cancel your order and buy from the other company unless you get a tracking number in next day. Your promise to your girl is important! |

Yeah, to wait a week and a half for a tracking number is a little much. 2 or 3 business days is about all I put up with. No experience with Extremesupply.com, so I can't tell you anything other than that. |

They haven't even shipped the damn thing. I've been trying to call them today to cancel the order to go somewhere else and they won't pick up the phone. |

I finally got a hold of them. I'm on hold right now. I haven't even been able to get to the point to cancel. |

I got a new lid from them two weeks ago. The transaction was flawless, and I got the helmet in 4 business days. So, they aren't all bad. |

They are a good company to deal with, in person at least. If you show up with cash in hand they will knock off at least 10%, sometimes more, off their already low prices. |

That's probably the issue. I'm in FL their in CA. Once I did get a hold of someone out there he was very apologetic. I know shit happens, but it usually happens to me. |

Reason they were not answering the phones: Probably at a "board" meeting. Board meeting meaning snow board or surf board, maybe even skate board if that is your inclination. |

I purchased a pair of SIDI boots from them for Xmas 06. Back then their prices were the best for that particular pair. I received the boots promptly if I recall correctly - they were in stock. Of course that was more than 1 year ago. |

"They say the box is sitting in the "To Go" pile." Right, just like it was supposed to ship on 3/3? If they don't have a tracking number, then it likely isn't sitting in any "to go" pile. The shipping label should be printed and affixed when the product is staged for shipment, yes. Otherwise, how do they know which label goes on which box? |

Like Motohead1125r said, they are a good company to deal with in person. Their warehouse is just down the road from me - I often drop in just to try on helmets as they have a pretty decent brand selection, including Shark, of which an RSX version has currently caught my eye... |
