I think it speeds up the break-in. Anyone ever try something like this on their leathers? They make leather care products made from mink oil, pine pitch, and bees wax. The Fiebings does a great job conditioning and also has bee's wax in it which adds an additional level of protectiveness for the leather while making it supple
