I have to take a stab at this just to see if there are more than just a handful of us who ride Buells Any lady riders out there riding Buells want to go to Key Stone, Colorado next August 19 to the 22, 2009 please post. If we come from multiple states we could ride to meet up to head west. Here is the link }} http://www.womenandmotorcycling.com look at the main page you will see it. |

One of the first Buell Owners Club was started by one of the coolest women to ever ride a Buell. |

>>>I hear the lady who started BRAG was the one who crashed at Long Pond is this true? No. The lady who crashed (and that by the way is not a bad thing, it's just a by-product of riding on tracks a lot) was Leslie Prevish. Leslie worked at A.D. Farrows in Ohio, was bit by the Buell bug and went to work for Harley-Davidson. She worked with B.R.A.G. for a bit and is now with the staff of the Enthusiast magazine. Alison, of Atlanta, GA, from Earl Small's could arguably be touted as the first rabid female Buell enthusiast. Alison, an import from England, started a Buell Club in Atlanta and did a great job of running it. She rode a pristine red Buell S-2. And now you know . . . . the rest of the story. I am not a custodian and can't move posts but I'd wager one of the custodians will see this and get it where it belongs. Court |

By the way . . if you get around Keystone you should certainly, if you haven't already, try to meet Susan Wilson who is a noted Buell Land Speed racer and will be joining the 200MPG Club this year. Susan was formerly a Corvette racing champion and one of the better motorcycle riders I've ever witnessed. |

Too bad it's over a year from now. I got excited that it was this year, oh well. I live in Castle Rock, Co and live only 1 1/2 hrs from there so will definitely look into going next year. |

This sounds like fun! Only a few hours away from me so looks like something I would be interested in! I'll bring a few other ladies! |
