Hi Everyone! This is gonna seem pretty wierd, but I have been Buelling for a little over 10 years now, and have recently discovered this website. I live in NE NC, and would like to hook up with you guys. I ride with conventional HD's alot, and it ok, but it ain't like riding with fellow Top-Gun pilots such as yourselves. How can I become part of the group? I have a tricked out T-Stormed, 97 Blu-Streak Cyclops with fresh rubber so I'm a ready teddy - whats on the agenda ladies and gentlmen? Any information you could provide me would be great! Thanks! Erich |

Yankee - you're in! Wasn't that easy? Welcome to C3 and BadWeB! We have a couple of Buellers in Washington, New Bern, Jacksonville, Grifton and Kinston. Not sure what the schedule is this weekend, but I'm sure if weather permits they'll be out somewhere. I think my hubby (M2nc) is heading to Fayetteville area either Saturday or Sunday. What's your schedule look like for the weekend? |

Thanks Ulywife! Glad to be aboard! My bike will be off line for about a week until the coated header returns from American Sport Bike. But after that, I'll be ready, and would like to get together with you folks for a mutual cruise. I'll let you know when I'm back together! |

If you're dealing with Al and Joanne, you've got good people on your side. You'll find that this is a pretty informal group. We cover all of NC and have a few honorary members in VA/TN/SC. Most are married with children and mortgages, but do enjoy a spirited ride whenever possible. Be sure to check out the Adventure folder. Right now we're planning a trip to Suches GA for March Badness. You'll find lots more info on MBV on the below thread. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/406 2/318457.html?1204231333 |

Thanks again, Uly. I'm working with Joanne at American Sport Bike on this pipe coating thing, she's very nice and I've bought some small stuff from them before. What really amazes me is how many other Buell vendors are flashed on this website. looking at the conventional HD mags, you'd never know they existed! I really think I'm gonna like it here! |

Hello yankee. Glad to see you found us. We have quite a crew throughout NC. Glad to see another Bueller in the neighborhood. You are actually right between C3 and Hampton Roads, another group just to the north of you. As for Eastern NC, we have several, from Grifton, Kinston, New Bern and Washington. You will also see we have a pretty good group around the center part of the state. I hope we can get together and ride soon. This weekend we were talking about riding to Fayetteville and around Uwharrie. As the weather starts to improve we will start taking more rides in and around the state. I know I am interested in finding the good roads in and around your neck of the woods. You can give us a tour of your favorite roads. Hope to ride with you soon. |

Sounds Good,M2 - As a matter of fact, I have some great roads I would like to host with you guys - Theres the ride through the Great Dismal Swamp, Outer Banks, Lake Gaston Area and of course,Hampton Roads. OBX bike week is coming in April, and its a good time, I went last year with some of my HD friends, but I think a swarm of Buells would be just the ticket. Let me know ytour thoughts on it. |

Hey Yankee I was just scanning the C3 site and want to invite you to ride with us north of the border in Va. We've got some pretty entertaining roads in the Williamsburg Jamestown area and out in Pungo. Just check out Hampton Roads Hooligans Mike |

I would like to make the OBX ride. I missed it last year, but want to make it this year. We can dazzle them with our M2s. Hi Mike. I'll have to scan your rides too. I am always up for someone to show me the good roads in their neck of the woods. It's a good days ride, but nothing I haven't done before. |

Hello Mike, We spoke at Southside a few weeks back when I was checkin out yer Georgia Peach of an S1W. Remember?, We both watched my bike go out to have its new sneakers scrubbed in. I'm still up for doing some riding, along with you too M2NC, before I got into this site, my only rides with other Buells is when I visted my childhood friends up in New England. I really think we ought to het the HR Hooligans and C3 folks together for a mutual Romp to OBX bike week this April. A good place to hook up would be Elizibeth City. Mike, I come through the Swamp on 158, so I could meet you and the Hooligans at that rest area on the NC/Va state line on 17. M2NC and his squadron could approach from the south. From there we'd could take 158 out of Lizzy City to Kitty Hawk. I'm tellin you guys, this would be the freakin berries! |

Yankee Yeah that's right I just did not place the connection. I just got the S1W back from it's 10k service, front tire and rear isolators. running as good as ever just not the same peach. I went down off ballahak rd, no injuries and minor cosmetic damage to the bike most notable is a good set of scratches to the left side of the tank. I'll get that replaced or repaired soon. Right now we got 3 HRH guys committed to MBV in Suches at the end of this month, but OBX sounds great too.

Mike - That would be great to see you guys at MBV. Ulywife will more than likely be working the demos and we will be in and out of TWO. As for C3 you can't miss us. We have our logo on shirts, helmets, bikes, trucks, hats and other tidbits. As of right now we have two cabins and about twenty or so C3'ers, family and friends. So it won't be hard to spot us. I also want to get together with you guys at the border. I am vague on the area but know US-17 north to Virginia. As a matter of fact I was riding on US-17 today but further south. I bought my M2 from a guy in Virginia Beach and that is the route we took to go get it. It's not a bad ride from the house. |

M2nc The rest stop just south of the Va border is a good spot to meet and from there we have a short ride till e get to the twisties. I've got an open schedule for weekends so when it fits your schedule let me know and I'll try and gather more than one HRH rider to come along |

M2nc Your best bet to get to us (Mike and I) for OBX would be to come right up NC 11 north out of Greenville. I live right off the highway in Ahoskie, and you and the other C3ers could ride with me though the Dismal Swamp on Rte 158, and meet S1W Mike and the rest of the HRH's at the rest area. The ne we'd go to OBX from there. |

M2nc and Flyingyankee I suggested a saturday ride for this weekend starting at the route 17 rest stop just south of the Virginia border to the HRH guys starting time would be up to you cause it's a very short ride for most of us. post up here and on the HRH thread if interested and general meeting time. We could ride out to the OBX following yankee or ride into Chesapeake and Pungo following me. Let us know. ALL are invited Mike

Mike: That sounds like a great idea!, but unfortunately, my header pipe is out at American Sport Bike in Californya getting coated, and it won't be back for another week or so weeks, but I'd sure like rain check, cuz when I get it back together, I wanna ride with you guys. |
