Anyone ever use a gel seat insert? I have a corbin gunfighter on my 96 s1 and after an hour or so the seat is unbearable. Any info would be great |

Yeah, I've got a Corbin seat on my '97 M2. Thought it would break-in, but no dice. So I picked up one these. They cost about 50 frog pelts and seem to buy you an extra hour of monkey-butt-free riding on those longer trips.

got it installed when they cut the seat. The best investment for riding that I have ever made. |

My friend opened up the seat on his Kaw and grafted in the guts from his and his wife's gel bike seat covers. I thought he was nuts to go after a new seat with an electric carving knife, but when it was done, it actually looked nearly perfect. This last year he replaced it with a Mustang, but the ghetto-gel lasted at least 10,000 miles. Bill |
