Jim, it's all black. UPS says 8.00 for ground del and it pretty much doubles for every day earlier you want it. It has the raincover, and strap mounts, and carry strap. I used it on my Cityx for a few months. Noel, if Jim doesn't want it, it's yours. He asked about it on Friday. Ken | ||
