His name is Cory Texter, 15 years old, and the son of Randy Texter of Lancaster HD. He blew everybody away!

Joe White of White HD/Buell, POWER SLIDING out of the turns on his X1, I think he had the fastest X1 time. |

Ok here are some of me courtesy of Steve The Barrel roll was fun, but during the class shootout, I overcooked it going into this turn, locked up the rear brake and went down. I screwed up my Banke Shifter but was able to fix it thanks to Al and the service shop at Battlefield HD/Buell, but my trademark Rifle Fairing was toast. Mike Y. told me he was glad "You finally got rid of that ugly screen!"

After the Battletrax was over they opened up the track again for free practice, and I got to take Linda's SV650S out a few times.

funny story.....picture from 6:28 pm post... I pulled up after taking a run and tried to put my bike in neutral. the green light came on and I let out the clutch. the bike moved forward. damn, I must have missed neutral. So I tried it again, put it in first than up to neutral, light came on and I let out the clutch. bike moved forward. Damn something is wrong with my new bike. I shut the bike off and it moved forward again. I looked behind me and Randy Texter was laughing. He was bumping my bike forward with his bike. guess my bike was ok |

Great pics José! Cory Texter looks to have some serious lean angle going on. Do you happen to remember his times compared with some of the other times? Any chance that's the same TT-R 125 that smacked everyone around at the Battletrax in Daytona? Mike L. '99 Cyclone |

Mike Y. has all the times, I think Cory was in the 33 second range, everybody else was in the 36 second range. Mike is this right?? CaptPete, Camera Info/photo credits I'm using a Toshiba PDR-M71 Digital Camera. I took all of the pictures up to the 6:23 pm post, Steve (2) official DCBRAG Webmaster/Photographer, took the ones up to the 6:40 pm post, then my girlfriend Linda took the ones with me on her bike, and I took the ones of the Texters racing. |
