I bumped into the son of the screenwriter for 'V' in my favorite pub. I didn't believe the guy and he called his dad in Los Angeles and let me talk to him. I can't remember his name, but he said he gets phone calls from fans of the show to this day.
I loved the show, but never saw the very last episode that was originally broadcasted on network TV. He gave me the rundown of the plot, and then told me the storyline for where the show would have gone had it stayed in series production.
That was like getting honey straight from the bee (ewww... you know what I mean).
