Hey guys my Blast that I picked up last year will finally be getting some work done but I need a few things. First off does anyone have one of the old SE ignition modules? I'm also looking for some rear sets and one of the buell pro series exhaust systems if possible. Basically she is bone stock at the moment and I need to bump her up a bit and still have a bit of time until winter is over. |

There is a pro-series exhaust on Ebay right now. BIG BUCKS though. Last time I checked on it, it was going for 180.00 |

yeah i had seen that one on there it is over $190 now, for that i would just get and V&H exhaust new |

Get the Jardine, use the stock lower front mounting hardware and be happy. There are two sets of instructions in the Thumper KV on building your own rearsets or you could wait on asb to finish building theirs to sell to you - I called and there is a waiting list - lol - they have a contract with the old Crossroads group to make so many more and then they would take over production - still waiting - lol - and save 3/4 the price by making them yourself. Richard Nallin has a Techclussion unit he's listed for the Stage 3 kit, however, you could use the Twin SE/Crane unit and just use the twin timing cup is Erik O.'s idea, another has done it as chronicled in the Thumper KV Ignition section - so its been tested - lol. The Jardine? I'm guessing this is a new exhaust I'm not familiar with yet. How much do they run and where can you pick them up? I'll look up the build your own rearsets info. could be a fun project. I've missed so many things from being gone for so long. Remembered I need to get a fork brace as well. Luckily I still had a couple pairs of handle bars and my old cafe fairing. |

See EBAY for the Jardine - The rearsets though are really not that hard - I almost laughed out loud when American Sport Bike tried to tell me there are so many parts that he doesn't look forward to making them - when his time comes - lol - 3 spacers on one side and 4 on the other - 2 different sizes - 2 plates cut to size and drilled use the stock brakes, mounting all the hardware on the plate, use either the new Buell X1 shifter, the old S1 shifter, several other after market linkages, someone used a gixer linkage, or flip the stock around and reversed - a few wacks of a hammer for extra clearance and your shifting in a racing reverse pattern - and saved over a 100 dollars - that being the expensive part - a whole set would be less than 200 in cost.
