An employee at our company recently purchased a set of plastics for his GSX-R 1000 from a person in Marshfield, Missouri. Need-less-to-say it was a fairly expensive purchase. At this juncture he has had limited communication with the individual and is not hopeful that he will get the items he has already paid for. Based on a previous post of a similar nature, I was hoping to see if there would be any prospects of assistance in seeing if this person still lives at the address of record. Thank you to everyone for their assistance in this matter. |

I was just over there about a month ago. It`s about a 3 hour trip. You may want to post this message in the SLAB section in storm fronts, maybe some other bad webber's are close enough and willing to help. |

If it was paid by credit card, he should be able to file a claim with the card company and get a refund. The card company in turn, will charge back the vendor. If he paid by cheque or money order, he may be S.O.L. |

Of course it was originally something posted on eBay, but they took it "off-line" which was a mistake. |

My driver actually called eBay and told them they had agreed on a price that would be edited in to the post as a "Buy It Now" once payment was received. He is waiting to hear back from them. I hope it works out for him. |
