I spent an hour and half and two beers playing that game. I told my math teacher that I would never use geometry again. My favorite is walking the shells in.... And yes I am such a geek that I did break out the protractor to help out with the targeting. |

160,000 Took 3 tries to clear the boards. Hit the last 2 targets with my last 2 shots. I'm quiting while I'm ahead. |

Never mind worms (that came out in like 95) I cut my teeth on scorched earth (I was in 9th I think when I first played it so 1991) . My brother (he was in 6th grade at the time) and I would play it for hours. To be fair I did play a lot of worms as well. Still have worm Armageddon on the Gamecube. Here is a pretty sweet remake of scorched earth. http://www.scorched3d.co.uk/ That is good to waste time on. Can play across a network so great fun at the office. |

actually just did some more digging into memory lane and came across tank wars, which I did play before scorched earth. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tank_Wars Got that one in 1990, so I was around 14. I loved these games. I even wrote a really lame clone of them for a programming class in college, If I could only find that source code, I could look back at what a crappy programmer I was |

Long time ago there was a DOS game "Gorilla". Gorilla throws bananas in a similar fashion. But this thing "rocks"!! |
