54F Ok, I don't have an 1125R but have dreamed of having one. Oh well, will enjoy my ride that I have and hope to do lots of track days this year. Also in the process of learning the dirt. A kawasaki KLX 140 is in my future. Wait a minute, isn't this for the younger folks!!! Am definitely enjoying my life. |

42 Male. Picked it up from the dealer and took it to Jennings GP to do some laps with it. It sucked to have to keep the revs below 6,000 RPM. I just put 200 break-in miles on it today. |

Steve, your profile says 50+, theres a bunch of us there. JPfive said he's 61...8 of 30, 27% are in their 50s. I'd say you're good to go, we might even be a target group. Other numbers - Average age now - 38.1 years Had to guess on Nick - I put you in the 50s group too. Marines - 7 of 30 and 23% - had to look up devil dogs, cool legend. Z |

Another average raiser! I'll be sixty-one April 1 ...Loving the hell out of my 1125 (480 miles since I rode it home from Danbury three weeks ago, in spite of on-again off-again winter weather!)... At Marcus Dairy this morning all the old farts(I count myself in that demographic!) had nice things to say about the bike and had a million questions...the average age at the Dairy on these winter mornings is definitely over 45! And oh yeah...I'm still a guy the last I looked. |

I am glad to see that most 1125r buyers are people with experience that can recognize a good thing when they see and try one...That makes me even prouder to have chosen that marvellous piece of engineering. Now I just hope that this superb machine will be able to make some rice fans cross over to the good side... Keep the answers coming, this is interesting. |

67 years young, been riding for 53+ years, the 1125 is my 9th Buell. Still have a 2000 S3T. So, right now I am claiming the title of "FOG" (fastest old guy)..1125 Rich |

Yeah, OFG just doesn't ring. 'Kin-A man that's great, I am sure I'll still be riding in my 60s, 70s.... I still feel like a kid(if you don't count pain) although the Engineers here call me "Old Man". Most of them are babies anyway. Zack |

I came across a young Marine last night with an 1125R. I do not know his age, but if he was 21yo I would be impressed. Then again I'm old. |

51 years Male Sorry, I tried but no military as I was 4F because of the crushed knee I got in my M/C versus cage 32 years ago. Blue Eyed Buell Girl rode on the back the other day. Does she count on the list? I have to keep the keys locked away from her now! Btw the bike works very well two up! (Message edited by unibear12r on February 04, 2008) |

Brad, 37 1125R VIN last 6 is B00187 Not sure what the military service is all about but 6 years USMC active, 12 years USAR and now a US Gov't contractor in Iraq. I put about 500 miles on it on R&R and love it. |
