Does anyone know if a '98 S1's clutch cable will fit a '99 X1? Had this in the Quick Board for a couple days and it wasn't too quick, anyone know fo' sho'? |

Have you looked up the part numbers? I don't see why they wouldn't, and I wouldn't be surprised if the part number, after supercession to the StupidSystem of part numbers, is the same. |

Sportster cable is different. Wont fit the Buell lever. X1 cable should work. S1Eric |

I don't know part numbers but I do know that the X1 was new in '99. Different forks shouldn't make a difference and although it shares ALOT of parts with the Sporty Eric is right the cables won't switch. At the price I can get it at I think it would be worth it to have it and I'll know for sure if it fits. If not, anyone want a '98 S1 clutch cable |
