I am throwing out the dates of Aug 1,2,3rd. Need input from everyone if this works. Need to start the planning process sometime and I am guessing now is as good a time as any. I figure that those of you who are planning on going to Laguna will want a weekend to re-coop.  Loni | ||

Huh, that's interesting. Between the raceteam running my car, my teammates car and all the Harley events already scheduled, I seem to have nothing penciled in for that weekend of August 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Still no promises, but looks like this year I will have to stay more in tune with the "what's what" and the "who's who" for SPLASH '08. | ||

We have to sign up for our vacation time at the first of the year, so I'd already put in for the week of Laguna and week after to plan for Splash (among other trips). However, it's easy to take it off the books. Hopefully no one else has the first weeknd of August off, or I may have to feel ill (aka "plan b"). | ||

So now with imput from you all it is sounding like the last weekend in July should be the dates. It's great with Chris and I we don't have anything planned until Mid Aug for 2 weeks on the coast camping. I will put in to take the 25th off and plan the Friday eve meal as always. Sorry Jimmy! Maybe there is a chance that you could ride from where you are to meet up with us? Soooooooo! JULY 25th, 26th,and 27th SPLASH 2008! | ||

I think everyone has drop off the edge of the earth here! Sorry that these dates will not work for some individuals. We looked at the calendar and the Aug dates would not work for us either. I'm seeing that the core group, Mike, Bob and Deb, Chris and Loni, and? are needing it to be the dates set. That is the traditional weekend for it and the one that I'd planned for. I'm working with Jim to find him a way (maybe.) Also working on riding the Sporty for it if Jaci has her own ride by then. | ||
