Spectrum - That's great. There was talk about the aerodynamics of the 1125R. They said you can ride it in the rain and not get wet. I am glad to read this is true. Impressive feat. |

I just found a Ferris thread on ADV: I sat on that bench reading a map trying to find the best way to Vegas. It's really a sureal place. This building is the ONLY thing on the road. The only other lights are on a billboard about a mile up the road. And out in the middle of nowhere sits an opera house. |

Kristi, I broke a bag latch. Is there a part number for just the latch, or is there some magic you have to do to get a new one? |

Hey Dave! Jim - call Ray Price and see if they can get you latches. If not, let me know and I'll get you a contact name. |

HI DAVE! I noticed in your NEW profile you mention Bean Blossom, Indiana. How far are you from there? Please ignore the smoke - it's just my brain cells burning as I formulate a plan for the future, 1313 |

About an hour or so depending which route you take. Smoke? What smoke! |

Dave! It's been a while, how have you been? G2- Are the bag latches just a superseded part number? Any pictures? |

Pretty good how 'bout you? A little surprised that you joined the Uly brigade, not that there's anything wrong with that. Do you still have your Miata? Pauletta bout a '99 and while it's a fun ride, we're having to sort out some problems. I've been busy with work. we're getting ready to open a 6500 sq ft retail performance store/shop in March while also building an SCCA Club Race car and ready-ing two Solo cars for the season. |

A little surprised that you joined the Uly brigade Yeah, Jim suckered him like I suckered Mark. Jim let Mike ride the Uly for a week. We really should be ashamed of ourselves. Nah! |

Dave, if you haven't read Mike's writeup of the event, it's a real treat. It was all posted in the C3 thread, but it's collected in one place over here: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28 3343 |

I'm good, just busy. The Ulysses trade was a bit of a surprise even to me. I guess I had been looking to get away from clip-ons for a while, but I didn't expect to enjoy the Ulysses so much. I don't have the Miata anymore, I sold it to a friend of mine. |

I bet you are loving it Spectrum! I really enjoyed the bike at VIR! If they build it with a full fairing and belly pan, I might just join you. |

Mike I wished they would, but I'd be really surprised if Buell built a full fairing bike. My guess for 09 we will see S and or X variant. Lots of folks are clamoring for a Uly type bike with a Helicon engine. |

Had to bury my Big Teddy Bear today. Halyn the black lab I found as a 5 week old puppy was hit by a car. I just wish I wouldn't let him out to play this afternoon. But he was a free spirited dog and holding him back IMHO was too mean. I'll miss the big guy. |

Jim, sorry to hear that. I'm a huge dog lover and would be devastated if I lost mine. I tend to question the trustworthiness of people who don't like dogs. |

Jim - I'm so sorry to hear about Halyn. Any puppy lucky enough to live at your house has had a good life. We feel your pain. |
