at first i used the forward slash / but then i used the backslash \. The word to be crossed goes BETWEEN the brackets Bwahhh-ha-ha!. All this,so we could finally discover how others did it.they're all located in a thread in "About badweatherbikers" (Message edited by ducxl on January 22, 2008) |

Yeah, soon it'll be exactly one year since i started it last March. But the wait has all been related to the special pistons/headwork.After they time the cams this weekend the final assembly(if i was motivated) could take less than two weeks. The owner of my machine shop asked me today if he could send me to school to run his PartMaker® CAM software.Which is the reason i've been trying to transition from 2d to 3d AutoCad® lately. It helps that i'm the only person in the shop with CAD knowledge |

Baggermike has one, and you should go to Precision HD in Pawtucket to shop. They're the ONLY stealership in New England that speaks Buell. (Message edited by scotty_j on January 24, 2008) |

Meredith HD in NH is a Buell friendly dealer. Precision is trying but I am yet to see EVERYONE there excited about Buells. The way I have been treated there at times still rubs me the wrong way. But I have received good service there as well. Like I said, I don't think everyone there is on the bandwagon. |

Sheldon's in Auburn has an 1125R, and the salesman (Erik?) seems like a Buell enthusiast. The other salesman (whose name I didn't get) tried to steer me towards the new Rocker. |

Do you REALLY want ME to answer THAT question? They ALL SUCK around here! PERIOD!!!!! And that is the TRUTH!!!!!! They will ALL blow smoke up your A$$ to get you in there and after that grab your ankles and back slowly in the door to get your Servicing!!!! Do like I did, Go for whoever gives you the best price, Email ALL the dealerships Up and Down the East coast and see who gives ya a deal, Don't worry about the service after because it sucks either way, don't get any x-tended maint. plans as they will screw your bike up to the point you don't even want it anymore.....Sad huh!!!??? |

Hey,whatever happened to Erik? He like, fell off the face of the collective Buell planet? I stand firmly by Precision Harley-Davidson/Buell.And our man Tripp has gotten them here as sponsors so,we get a 10% discount.Tripp's cool too! |

well, I did send out a flood of emails out to dealers that are within a few hours from home. I've received several great responses and This weekend I'll narrow down the group and decide where to go. At this point, a trip out to Precision is not out of the question. |

One thing I learned on my last purchase was patience... Saved myself almost $2K off the asking price. Just remember that NO dealer out there is doing you any favors, no matter what they say. This is the proper attitude when you're talking to the dealer: Unless you're independently wealthy, that is. |

I bought mine at Sheldons...will not even go back there for parts...they sold me the wrong stuff three times and screwed up every order I put in for Buell stuff...they ONLY special order Buell stuff. I would definitely go to Precision before Sheldon's...we have Tripp there as a NEBO rep so at least you have somebody on the inside that is fighting for Buell. I know...I know...Erik is at Sheldon's...but like Greg said - he has fallen off the Buell / Bad Web planet (where the rest of us live) and he hasn't made much headway in turning them into a Buell friendly dealership (sorry Eric...I meant STEALERSHIP). |

Nick, you're right by Danbury? Go see Jeff! A great guy i ragged on the Badweb but was glad i met him in person.Jeff's a Great guy, with a minty S3t.But other than Precision or Danbury you could use Edison(Eric used them, and said the perks were worth it) or Liberty |
