While I have not looking into this extensively, I doubt there is enough room between the fork and the wheel to fit a caliper installed on the incorrect side. I believe those that have a dual disk setup are using the old (discontinued) mirror image caliper or a set of calipers designed for this type of application. Boiler |

i know. i saw it. I wanted the setup mainly for looks and not performance. I saw a dual setup a while back on a bike here in atlanta and thought it looked sick. Thanks |

A little late... No. There is a specific part for the left side (rotor and caliper if I remember correctly). Neil |

Yup,PM had mirror image sets available for left side for a short time through Buell. I have one still in packaging. Aftermarket has had several different set-ups available,Brembo had one,I have an ISR dual 6 piston set-up on my S-2. |

How about the brakes from an xb on a tuber? I would love those wheels and front brake on my s1! |

Hey Jim, Isn't there also an issue with the master pushing enough volume for another 6 pistons? And besides, at Buellton last year, on the long ride my single rotor never faded once, and I can still do stoppies! |
