We have a photo courtesy of Harlan, the first to receive our new 1125R Composite Race Ready sliders for the front and rear as well as our new bar ends.
Harlan has put several more photos on a CD for us so we should have them shortly. Thanks Harlan! Keith DarkHorseMoto, LLC Protecting and Propelling Buell Motorcycles |

No problem Keith. Guys, the fit and look is top notch. The rear spools fit perfectly into the recessed spot around the axle. The aluminum and delrin combo goes well with the overall scheme of the bike. As usual another first class product from Dark Horse Moto. |

Fresno, those axle spools look super - have you solved the rear-tire-off track stand issue? how? |

You mean the problems some have had due to the width of the swingarm? I think my t-rex stands will work with slight modifications. Stock stand is just a WEE bit too narrow--like a couple mm. |

I think he is referring to the fact that you can't remove the rear wheel while it's on the stand if your using the spools. |

how do these attach? It screws onto a rod that goes through the axle. Here's the installation instructions link: http://www.darkhorsemoto.com/Install.html (Message edited by spectrum on January 17, 2008) |

Pit Bull makes a stand called the SS Rear Stand (Standard/Spooled). Use the spools for most maintenance and cleaning needs and then use the swing arm lifts on the occasions when you do actually need to remove the rear wheel. The Dark Horse Moto sliders are quickly and easily removed to allow access the the axles.

I don't know if anyone has tried it on the 1125R. Keith DarkHorseMoto, LLC Protecting and Propelling Buell Motorcycles TM http://www.darkhorsemoto.com (Message edited by skully on January 17, 2008) |
