Last summer I was called to rescue an S2 rider 70 miles north for a rear tire replacement(he had ridden through the cord). The man was on tour from the bay area (from Sydney Australia) through death valley with his girlfriend. Both of them with luggage on an S2, having a great time in the southwest on that little S2. When I think tour I think of my Vstar 1100 or something like that size, not a sport bike with no bags or seat backs, but they were loving it and will be back again this year...on the S2! I guess its all about different strokes. |

I love my X1, but thats me. If one of the tubers talks to you more than the others then thats the one you buy. I think they are all awesome and am looking into buying another. The S2 is the next I buy. I like the XB's but dont think in the long run it'll fit my riding style. The 1125r is another thing all together. I'd own one if I were 10 years younger. Getting to the point where I want a sport- tourer so I can go away for the weekends and see some country. Now that I think of it a Uly would fit the bill quite nicely. Hmmm, so many choices. Guess I will have to flip a coin. Best of luck....you cant go wrong with any Buell. |

Trav, I've seen it. Got to get a few things straightened out before I drop any more money. It is a great deal and I hate to pass on it. Damn these responsibilities! I'll be in divorce court in the next few months and hope all turns out well. Right now I gotta be careful. |
