I made an undertail for my '99 X1. When I took off the plastic the fuse layout sticker went with it. Anybody know where I can get one of these stickers? Or know how I can get the old one off?

I've had good luck on automotive stickers with either a heat gun or a blow dryer, and some patience.

Get one edge up and use a little WD-40. It helps loosen the glue.

Call up one of the sponsors you will be able to buy that sticker from the parts book and replace it if you can not remove and re-attach...
