Well, I'd say come sit near me.. But I just looked and that area is SOLD OUT! Damn.. We should have a great view of the first few turns and be facing a big screen.. We'll have to make sure we all hook up at some point that weekend. It's gonna be Greeeaattt! (phew, haven't done my Tony the Tiger impression in a while.. *cough cough*) | ||

I pre-ordered H tix, though there are several places I thought would be cool. I'd be real interested to know how the sougthwest vista turns out. I sat in J for the F1 and it is a very good view. Things are a little backward from most sports in that you're better off to be up high to get a view. Once you select that you want to buy race day tix for the race you can see a very cool interactive link on the IMS website that will give you a panoramic view of each area. It's running a little slow right now -- maybe too interactive? | ||

I ordered my tickets the day they went on sale. November maybe? I forget. I remember I checked the ticket availability the day before, and I could get any seat I wanted. The day the tickets went on sale, half of the seats sold within a few hours. It should be a well-attended event | ||

Just bought mine. Section Stand H Section 12 Row U Seats 1&2. Yee Haa! I'm thinking if the weather looks good I'll ride up from Cincy on Saturday and have a little fun Saturday night. Anyone thought that far in advance? Chris | ||

I'm going to be there for the whole weekend. Remember, these tickets get you access to practice on Friday, qualifying on Saturday, AND racing on Sunday. There may also be a drit-track race on the half-mile at the fair grounds, which I will try to go to as well. I am riding to Indianapolis from Cedar Rapids, IA, with a friend. I also have all of the good dealers on my map, so I can hit them up as well. I am going to be so overloaded on motorcycles, I think I'll be in heaven. Whoo Yeah! I can't wait. |
