What kind of camera was used for those pictures. The blue looks closest to life than most cameras. |

its a kodak V530. for a pocket cam it has always taken some pretty decent shots of you take your time. here is the start of the stripping and changing. i'm running out of room in the garage! i'm working out a few details before the project really gets under way. |

That looks way better without the belt guards! Those will be the first thing I take off when mine comes in. |

i like it alot better without the mirrors. my xb's dont have them either. looks alot less like an alien! i'll probably keep the passenger peg mounts. i still use them on my firebolts once in awhile when the gf or the daughter want a ride. |

Hey Tim - You want the mirrors? I've already practically destroyed one trying to get rid of the blurry, buzzy image. They don't come apart easily. Let me know, especially the right one, going for new glass today. I'm changing the look of mine too, but hanging on to all the original parts I take off. I've always been that way. That means I have to fabricate a cover for the Undertray when I get rid of the whole Cheesegrater assy. I wondered what you used until I realized you had the cheesegrater in several pieces. TIA Zack |

Cool, they're going to a good home. Dunno what else to call it. That ugly thing on the back of the Lightnings is a cheesegrater, so that's what I call it. I realize it has no little holes, but it's ugly. Z |

lots of people think the green 9 looks like a praying mantis so i suppose the 1125 should look like something! |

I see a jumping spider more than an ear back cat.

Zac: in keeping with the theme, perhaps the 1125R's plate holder could be nicknamed the tomato slicer? |

I called it a 'Black Hole' Only thing I removed; made a plate out of black plastic to cover where it mounts, and retrofitted an xb9r license plate bracket. Still looks 'factory' and really cleaned up the tail. |
