Why does rocket keep posting in the 1125r section if he has no intentions of buying one. He doesn't even like the 1125r. But he says he likes buells. There are plenty other badweb sections he can post in. Maybe an area with a bike he likes. Im getting tired of seeing his posts trying to bring down the 1125r. Rocket if you dont like it and have nothing else to say then please move on. We dont value your opinion on this bike. | ||

Because he is a hate-filled troll. He actually has no use for Buells, since all he has is some home-modified tuber from the very first production of Buells. He bad-mouthed it and has badmouthed every Buell since. The 1125 has not been singled out, it's just the latest on his list. He definitely does not like Buells, but likes the fact he gets attention, and that there are so many nice folks on line here they give him an endless slack despite his tirades. His slack ran out with me a long time ago. | ||

We are forever sentenced to his self-serving blather. When challenged, he tends to revert back to his being victimized or throwing his superiority back at us. It won't end, and it has nothing to do with Buell - either the machinery or Buell the engineer. And then we get to read about how he's being somehow further victimized by this "hostile" crowd... as he goes trolling desperately for agreement. There are a couple others with similar tendencies and they'll seek each other out - but what's really a shame is that he is named on Dave Gess' Pegasus Racing website and that fact alone has kept me from going to Pegasus Racing - either to read or as a contributor... a shame really as I have nothing against Dave Gess - except his choice of contributors on his website. Unfortunately, he doesn't learn that this sh!t isn't appreciated and contributes NOTHING. He CAN do some really interesting stuff online - he's not unintelligent - but he's largely clueless. It's not an "English" thing - it's a particular personality thing. He can't keep his personality from interfering with what could otherwise be pretty meaningful posts. Wasted talent and unfortunately neither peer pressure nor Moderator/Custodian pressure makes a difference. It's like litter on the roadside... even the best roads have it. Doesn't mean I still won't go down those roads, just means there are parts of the roadsides that are ugly because of what's been dumped there. | ||

Get a grip of yourselves. I saw the 1125 at the NEC in November. It strikes me as funny how I'm seen by some in these threads as trolling, yet despite me saying so several times in these same threads, some seem UNABLE to read that I HAVE SEEN THE 1125. Are you reading these threads, or just the shit being stirred up by one idiot in them? At Blake's request I opened a thread on the quick board so as to debate the shit going around here. There's still one dick head posting f u c k all of any interest in that thread, and it isn't me. In the QB thread there's a distinct lack of any debate coming from the people sat in the ivory tower. Are you really that scared to debate with me Mr Buell? I know, why don't we get Mike Samarzja here too. Perhaps the two of you could explain the design constraints of the 1125, or explain why Buell decided on such a controversial design that won't sell as well as a turd in a glass box outside of America. As for my home modified tuber??? Hello. I changed the wheels, four turn signals and a rear light. The rest of everything else is as Buell designed it. I just stripped it and used better, make that much better, quality components where possible in an effort to make it reliable. That the bike was and still is a great design, is the only reason I stayed with it. Other than that it was a piece of crap that spent four years broken because of Buells willingness to bring an inferior product to market. Things didn't get that much better with the XB 's either. The reliability issues are so very well documented despite one idiot posting constantly on the BadWeB about the XB being the most reliable motorcycle ever built. As far as I'm concerned Buell never did one single thing right by me as a customer. Either inside or outside of warranty. Buells slack ran out with me a long time ago. Rocket | ||

Nor does it mean that they should comment on their dislikes at nearly every mention of the 1125R in nearly every thread. For the record, I'm tired of hearing it. Jack That's a huge exaggeration. You're never far away from disagreeing with me over anything Buell, yet I never see the likes of you contributing to any of the other topical threads I'm in that don't relate to Buell. Fact is, I'm in three threads on the 1125, and one that I started on the QB. Tell me Jack. When are you gonna contribute something positive when I'm around?
