During my lunch I mocked up my tail section and made measurements for trimming today.

No racing yet and I haven't had the pleasure of riding the XBRR. I've only got 45mi on the bike so far and with the rain right now I've only been riding it to work, I just brought it home last night. My shop owner was checking it out today and was joking about how I've already started tearing it apart.

Adding a little "badonkadonk" always brings the "jugs" into scale. : D

Nice! Adds balance to help take the eye off of those scoops. The improvement, in my eye, is significant.

I'm waiting to hear back from CRG about a clutch lever, I offered to come in and have them take a look to see if they already have a lever for a different make that might fit. Now I need to beg and plead with someone at Buell to get my hands on a belly pan.

Eric,
I imagine that since the clutch master cylinder is a Nissin unit, I imagine that most Nissin non-radial compatible levers should fit.

That would be so totally awesome on the track.
I don't know about on the street as it has "please give me a speeding ticket right now" written all over it!

Thanks guys! Now I'll have to wait for the paint before I velcro the stock seat on. Up next... XBRR wheels. I have to shave some weight since the CA muffler weighs about 10 lbs more than the 48 state. They shipped all the bikes at my dealership with 48's and I had to changed em out. I couldn't believe the weight difference.

Jedi - you're not planning on riding XBRR wheels on the street are you?
I recall an Anony saying they are sand-cast Magnesium.
Very light, but very brittle, they won't handle very many potholes.
Notice the absence of DOT approval.
Tracks are smooth, the real world isn't.
