My setup includes: 2007 XB9R, K&N air filter, asb open airbox & Jardine carbon fiber exhaust. My problem is the bike is running lean. My question is; will the race ECM work with what I have or does it only work with the race pipe? And does any one know anything know about the Remus Powerizer or any other "fool proof" no knobs solutions? I am not looking for a crazy mod just what will richen the bike so it wont run as hot. |

Try http://www.sinus.co.at/ebr_funktion.htm This works well for a 05 CityX, don't know how it will do with a 07. It enriches the mixtue for about a few percents in some regions, dependent on throttle, rpm and accel conditions. The remus powerizer is said to be the same device specifically mapped to meet the remus exhaust. Regards, Gunter |

Thanks for the input. Still going to research my options, considering this time of year in western New York the bike just sits in my garage any way |

The race ECM will cure all your problems. I had an '05 XB9SX with an open box, and Jardine with a race ECM, ran great. Good power, no back firing or decell popping, just smooth power throughout the RPMs. |
