I'm planning my road trips, and am curious if anybody has luggage that fits the 1125.

I sent you a email was not sure I could find you here and not sure if you got my email there is allot of options in saddlebags I bought teknics for fifty buck on ebay, and you can get a tail bag and tank bag it is just what you are comfortabe with and if you have a passenger, the best way to travel is suite that can handle any weather, plus heated gear which rolls up nice, I got first gear jacket and gloves and the gloves are water profe, and bought gerbings pant liners and socks, I am a motorcycle only guy so I got to deal wih the cold up north in Boston, one proublem is that I think the charging system is not working properly to power my stuff, find what you want or think will fit and then buy it on ebay, my suit is a teknic goretex suit, and you can find some nice things on areostich.com good luck. I used a T-Bags Texan or something on my XB9R and it works fine on the 1125R.
I run the straps around the passenger peg supports and hook mini-bungees in the D-rings.
Pull the mini-bungee over the taillight.

I'll go get a shot and post it.

Most came out too dark, you get the idea.
The main compartment is big enough for a thermos, fabric jacket, extra gloves and a bit more.
It's usually full on the way home from work.
Side pockets are pretty roomy too. T-Bags, looks like this is the current model, almost the same.

Oh yeah, it used to be black. That was 4 years ago.

I was thinking the Buell soft bags for the Firebolt might fit. Seeing how the rear/subframes are nearly identical.

The plastic is identical, the subframe and under-tray are very different.
Under-tray on the 1125R is an inch or two deeper than the XBRs.
Don't know how the soft saddle-bags attach.
The tailbag BMC sells just latches in place of the p-pad, that definitely should work.

My T-Bag isn't the cleanest solution, but I hate wearing a backpack on a bike and it holds quite a bit.
Also, on/off is painless and quick.
If I need access to the "trunk", I lift the bungees off the light and swing the bag forward.

I have some saddle bags that I used on my XB12Ss, those worked really well, but, I think I might have an issue with the straps wearing in places on the 1125R. It doesn't have to be pretty, but it does have to hold alot without me having to wear a backpack. I, too, hate wearing a back-pack.
