I seriously can't be the only one curious about this lol I also like to know to how far is it to the nearest licker store. I am still debating on weather to ride the bike up or trailer it. I am pretty sure I can carry all my camping gear I need but licker is a problem. Do most people ride in or trailer it? |

It's not far and a great ride to the next county. Dahlonega the next town over is a great ride down GA-60 and up US-19 has a very nice convenient store. When we rode up in 2005, I rode to that store several times. |

Once I get to Suches Friday afternoon, I can make a beer run for those on bikes. We'll work out the details as time gets closer. |

daughters 25 and works at brandon hd and son will be 23 in two weeks. daughter is very gullable but likes to have a good time and great around people which makes her great at her job. she's a little impressionable. son on the other hand, still trying to figure him out. i'm hoping that everyone up there does make an impression on him one way or the other. just so he can see for himself what great people there are out there. maybe he'll start poking around on the site and get involved with some of the stuff that's been going on around here. in general, they have turned out to be great kids even with the problems i've had with them in the past. they might drink but they don't get into trouble. i'm looking forward to seeing them up there. |

Are they past the impressionable stage yet?? His might be, the the three teen girls from might be another story. Guess we'll see how it goes. Of course, if there were any true concerns with taking them to MBV, they wouldn't be going. They all love to ride and are good kids. |

Yea she called me today and told me that the military books the cabin for a month twice a year. They have it for the month of March, guess we have to find somewhere else to go. I'm at work right now and don't have much time to look for another place today but will try to find another place. Mike if you find something let me know. |

Nerenuf i am planning on camping at two as well. Are they riding bikes up? It would be nice to have some one to ride with. If I do decide to trailer the bike because weather rain, cold or something I will have space for their bikes and all the gear need (enclosed trailer). |

they are planning to ride because at this time if my daughters boyfriend does decide to go too then he wants to ride up. i told them to get prepared and by some rain gear cause you know how it is around ocala all the time with the rain. paint, i'll be sure to set up in the family section of the campground so they don't have to bare witness to anything or anyone. |

just keep a tab on things here paul and when the time gets closer i'm sure they'll have a better idea as to what their gonna do. as far as being able to make a trip like that, i don't think my daughter would have any problem. |

Cool so I don’t have to figure out wear to set up my tent when I get there. There should be a countdown timer on this thread or something. Only 3 more months to go. |

From a earlier post, March Badness is scheduled for Friday, March 28th to Sunday, March 30th. It is hosted by Stone Mountain HD/Buell and the 3%er's. The Buell demo truck will be there and demo rides will take place on Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting. The demo truck and demo rides are at T.W.O. (Two Wheels Only) in Suches GA. There are cabins available in the area and camping at T.W.O. It is quiet an event and you will get a chance to ride, meet and hang out with your fellow BadWeBrs. Once you leave, you'll be planning for MBVI. |

OR... It's an event sponsored by Stone Mountain H-D & Buell. It's held in Suches GA. The dealership has the Buell Demo Truck, and offers demos of the new Buells. From T.W.O. north on HWY60 to the Fire Station 6 miles away, and back to T.W.O. That's the event. The rest of us have made it an event to remember by showing up to ride and meet people. It's been going on now for five years, and has gotten bigger every year. We started out with the 7 members of the old BRAG group The 3%ers BRAGging Rights Club, and the locals doing demos. Last year there were the 3%ers, and who knows how many Buellers. I counted 80 Buells Saturday night, but since there were so many coming and going there was never a "good" count. Just think of it as a big party. Some use March Badness as a starting point for their riding season. The businesses in the area have started using it as their starting point for their season since the event has gotten so large. So come join us in the party that is MB-V! |
