There is info on the ecmspy site about this issue. Visit it again to see if the latest update will fix the way the map is displayed. |

i got the same my tps/rpm columns are less damaged but the problem is the same. i think the maps are right , just rpm/tps columns data are wrong. you need to contact Gunter and (....if i remember right) he will ask you some data from you to make a new ini file . this is common in race kit ecms around 2004 ( like mine). this is why i'm still using a rapid bike module to handle and change maps . anyway i think ecmspy is a GREAT STUFF , is a perfect tool for diagnosis and AFV and TPS setting and resetting , i personally tested it on a buell x1 and it works great , only race ecms had some trouble ....fixable. bye Alessio |

You just need to load th .ini file that is provided on the site when downloading ECM Spy. For the RACE ECM you need to select the 2004 XB12 ECM when prompted during program launch and everything will work fine. To data log you need to ensure that the mega log format option is selected under options\programs. The log file will then save under the mega log folder in the ECM directory.

You can find the correct .ini file for the Race ECM on this link. http://www.buelletinboard.com/forums/showthread.ph p?t=3351 |

The fuel map screenshot above shows an IB310 ECM with a GB231 ECM selected in ECMspy. As a race ECM got mentioned: there has never been a IB310 based race ecm, these are either CB060 (XB9 only) or GB231. Regards, Gunter |

Is the only difference btwn Stock and Race ECMs for a 2003 XB9 the map? So, could I flash my Race ECM's map into my old Stock ECM? |
