This is great. Do I see a Lightening Section (S1, S1W, X1 and X1W) coming in the future? Kristi, Blake and others are doing a great job and always improving the BadWeb. The M2: The most under rated and versatile Buell of the time. An aggregate of the best of all tubers! Tubers Rock! |

This is probably a good thing to have a folder dedicated to the M-2. The Buell M2 Cyclone is one of the best motorcycles ever made. I can prove it. Court |

Just bought an M2 last week! Can't wait for the ice to melt on our streets. I'll wash it, polish it and then post a pic. Hey Court, I've seen you say that before. What do you mean, "I can prove it"? Not that I disagree, just wondering what you mean. |

We don't really have to tell him (Blake) do we Kristi ? I won't if you won't....but doesn't he have a M2? If he loves his M2 as much as others do, he'll figure it out! |

I'm in!!! This board is going to be popular! First Question, has anyone used dirtbike bars on their M2? I think it might work? |

No, but I put my old M2 bars on a dirt tracker(600 Rotax) filled them with sand to cut vibration. I like the S3T bars for my M2. Also I think the Blast has the same bar. |

Actually, I am guessing its squarely in the middle of everyone else, on a great day of riding with good friends both new and old, with an accessible and affordable bike just dripping with character, made by men and women that have vision, and understand that the right things brought together in the right way can create something of the heart that represents far more then the sum total of its parts. Thats why the M2 is the best bike ever made, and why my 9sx is even better . |

Woohooooo!!! Easy . . I can prove it. Well, an engineer at Buell actually told me that the M2 is the best handling of all... But he has to remain...Anonymous, lets say...} (Message edited by brinnutz on December 22, 2007) |

The M2 benefited from the same ingredient the S2 did. |

My M2 is very important to me,the years blow off as I accelerate, only to return when I try and get off of it like I feel. |

thanks for the m2 section kristi, this is a great xmas present so to speak. you have no idea how depressed i was when my engine went and i had to have the thing rebuilt. now that it's back to gether i'm not gonna take many chances with it. the handling of the bike along with the long distance ability of it and the height makes it better than most bikes out there imo. |

Anyone have a spare crankshaft? That's all I need to bet my M2 back on the road... This sucks, I want to get it back in running condition but there is always somewhere else for the $$ to go.. Maybe sometime this year. Brad |

Hugie, yes. Most any 7/8 bar will bolt on. I tried a set that didn't have enough pull back, made my wrists ache, but I liked having less rise than the stock. Check out the Knowledge Vault for more info on controls. There are pages on pages of reading on this very subject, I've tried a number of set-up options and I plan on trying the clubman bars in the spring, still looking for the perfect fit for road and track Love my M2

Innes, Keep an eye on Ebay, I see M2 frames all the time. Even with shipping it shouldn't be too bad. Brad |
