Mark, I think I have all that. I bought oil, I'm not sure I got the filter, I'll check. Hopefully we can FIND it all. This thing is so clean you could eat off it. Well, except they coated it with machine oil. They took the valves out before the filled with weld to make sure they weren't splattered. Before: After: It took me a little while to convince myself they hadn't given me new valves. |

When I bought my Harley through AAFES,DEALER that I was having the bike delivered to, could track the birthday, completion day and ship day from the factory. Then they will be able to tell you factory to dealer delivery. AAFES also has to have complete paid in full before the bike will be shipped from the factory. That means that you have financing from a bank or lending company. Since you bought through AAFES so you can track your sale and bike through e-mail by setting up a user ID and pass word.Just go to the AAFES web site and you will find easy self guided info. There you will get a type of account set up that will help you track your order and you will not need the motorcycle guy at Balad. If all else fails just call the dealer of delivery. Hurry and wait you already know the military logic,I know you are excited and it may be easy for me to say but this process takes a bit of patience, its an emotional roller coster. My delivery date changed 3 times.I was without a motorcycle for apx 6 weeks after I got home. One thing is for sure AAFES will deliver but be gental when you push the issue, but be persistent.Oh yea,you have Bad-Web for support,Court didnt respond for no reason. and Bad-Web we are a tight family and we know people. 44B20 Later, Webe |

>>>oh yea court the dealership its supposed to be delivered to told me that. Your dealer is pulling your leg. Sounds like it's just a matter of getting the paper work squared away. Buell does not (except in 2 cases) "hold" bikes at the factory. They generally leave within 90 minutes of leaving the last assembly station. Thanks for your service and I'll be your love this bike. Spike, thanks. I've been reading up on the bike and everything I have read has been very positive. It seems Star has really put a lot of thought and effort in this bike. The local dealer called me to invite me to ride one that I was looking at, so I probably will. I'm in no hurry to buy as I'll have the HP2 paid off in a couple of months and it's still an incredibly satisfying bike for me (I'm keeping it). Thanks and Happy Holidays! |

THAT SUCKS ULYMAN,like Kristi said give us a call when you get here. For now just focus on the holidays and family, they are the most important. It will work out,the bike will get here.Spend all the time you can with your family while you are home.Deployment sucks too,but I wont open that can yet. With Bad-Web your family has grown larger than you think.Keep smiling, you need to practice that anyway. The Uly wheelie grin will hurt the first few times bad, almost painful. Later,Webe |
