Something evil this way comes
If Buells intent in removing the AMERICAN MOTORCYCLES from the tank was construed wrongly . . . this WISCONSIN, USA message will remind 1125r riders, every time they start the motorcycle, where it was proudly made
Bike arrives, gets prepped, gets ridden home by new owner. . . REPEAT. This one had a 2007 Buell traded on it
Destined to become one of the most photographed Buells (Message edited by court on December 09, 2007) |

Looked at, sat on, drooled on one at the Fort Worth IMS. The rep was friendly. The ergos were no where near as tight as I thought they'd be. Could even fit these 60-year-old knees twixt pegs and seat. I want one. Soon as I can buy one and get warranty work done someplace other than the HD dealers around the Fort Worth-Dallass metromess, I'll sell the 1150RS and pull the trigger. |

I really like the "Magneti Marelli" component. I was once privileged to screw machine several thousand components for their fuel injection line. That "Buell USA" is displayed on an imported component! (Message edited by ducxl on December 09, 2007) |

How DO YOU do that Court? You KNOW what i mean too. My 996 has Magneti Marelli components, but Ducati will NEVER use an American sourced engine....or frame, wheels, electrics. But the cheapo Ducati versions DO use Japanese suspension. Oh,yeah, check out the NEBO forum for pics' of our excursion to the U.S.S. Constitution yesterday. Can you believe a fellow BadweBBer is the Master Helmsman? THIS wonderful board was the catalyst for making it happen.WONDERFUL (Message edited by ducxl on December 09, 2007) |

Okay . . . for the whiners and complainers. . . let's keep this thread going. Here is a model (Manuela Acruri) from the same country the Buell instrument panel comes from. Sharp eyes will note that Manuela is clad in AMERICAN MADE clothing. . . . Okay. . . let's hear your complaints. I dream of a life so devoid of things to bitch about. . .

Okay. . . let's hear your complaints. Despite the reasonably priced American bikini, she is too expensive... She wouldn't be caught dead with me..... Like the Ulysses, she is too tall for me.... Gorgeous, but not the style I prefer....

You should see some of the pictures of the Italian women who ride Buells! Remind me to show you sometime. . . . even of they are not AMERICAN MADE.

Remind me to show you sometime. . . . even of they are not AMERICAN MADE... I will! Here is an Italian friend of mine, and a neighbor of yours Court from Queens, that isn't too tall, would be see with me and is mighty cute inside and out. Of course she is not a twenty something like I'm sure you are going to show me (or thirty something or even forty something!), but many Italian woman are like their wine, properly cared for - they get better with age...
