Right here. $40 by Money order or $44 thru paypal. Usually takes me about a week to get them returned to you. email me at joelshop at hotmail dot com. I believe everyone has been happy with the cable and service I provided so far. Sold about 30 to badwebbers in all so far. Maybe someone can attest to that? |

The cable I purchased from Jmhinkle has worked perfectly from the first time it was used. It arrived in less than a week, and is well made. Worth every penny. |

I am using vdsts with success but just downloaded ecmspy. I'm wondering if my cable from the vdsts will work for the ecmspy? Anybody know for sure? |

Tootal, I was not able to get the VDSTS cable to work. I fought it for hours with no luck. I can't find any technical reason for why it shouldn't work, but it just doesn't (for me at least). I just ordered the parts to make 10 cables and will be offering them for sale here on badweb (like Joel, $40 just to recoup my cost) when I get them built. |

Technoresearch has their own proprietary parts in their cable. That is why it won't work with ECMSpy or the other way around. It is also why you have to occasionally send in your cable for an upgrade by them when you start having connection issues. I never took it apart to see what it was, but it's in there. I regularly had connection problems with my VDSTS on different cables, laptops, bikes etc... System was very picky. ECMSpy worked the first time out without issue on my first cable and every one since then. Now if I could only get the ECMSpy guys to dabble in Ducati programming.... |

I just got my cable in the mail today. Joel did a first class job putting it together. Thanks again Joel! I haven't installed the software yet, but I went out to the bike to find where I plug the connector into. I found the ECM right on top under the seat, but I don't see a where the connector is. Can anyone tell me where to look? |

Hey Joel, are the cables plug and play , or do they need software driver to work? I have the ecmspy downloaded , do I need anything else beside your cable? I just want this for tps resets and basic trouble shooting ,if i stay away from the fetch and burn buttons is my ecm safe? If so do you have any cable ready to go. thanks Ray |
