Well it looks like work will be moving me to the UK for a year or so to work on a project and I'd like to bring my Buell with me. Anybody have any experience bringing a bike into the UK? Should I bother or just pick something up over here? |

Your best bet would be to pick one up over here unless you are US Forces and can get away with riding around on US plates ;). Used prices are quite low here, and importing a bike has become a complete nightmare, especially from outside Europe. It can be done, but is a complete pain, and can cost more time and trouble than the bike is worth to get it through the various SVA tests etc. |

Part it out, put it in 100 boxes, ship it over, assemble and title as a kit bike? |
