hi i have the long-neck showa shock on my S3 and its leaking :-{ and i'm bouncing down the highway on it. i found a good deal on a 14" showa shock but I dont have the bracket hardware. Anyone know if I can order just the bracket hardware from buell? Maybe a p/n? Thanks |

I have an M2 with the old brkt. and a new shock with the new brkt. that I haven't installed. Try Hal's Harley and see if you can get the upgraded brkt. I think it should be workable. Of course any dealer should be able also. Maybe someone here has one, this is where I found mine. Just ask. (But you can't have mine). Good luck. |

hi I ended up buying a complete upgrade kit off of ebay for about 210.00 (ouch) it took all day to get it installed and get all those fussy bolts back into place. The little allen screw holding the voltage regulator to the new bracket was a huge hour long pain! I have about 500 miles on the new shock now and it works well. I just left the factory tension settings alone. One of these days i will get that funny wrench and set it up properly. |

John Don't wait on making those adjustments. There is a better ride/handling just waiting. Joe |
