Not trying to jinx it (at least one of the bikes that is supposed to ship that day).. but I'll be home.. waiting for the phone call.. Huh? What!? I'm not gonna get a call when it ships   but I'll have leftovers to eat.. Maybe.. Ok, I'll just wait until I hear from Rat, and then.. well.. As soon as possible.. (I'm secretly hoping for a little 'Indian Summer' for the weekend I get to bring the new baby.. errr.. Monster.. home. Nothing too great, but high 60's would be killer!) I'm gonna take her for a little spin.. The only thing that could suck, will be the break in part of owning a new bike, again. Ok, I'm going back to uh..  Work... | ||

+1,000 for the Homecoming Drunk Bus, LOL!!! Told the wife I'm going. She said she'd get time off. Told her I'm riding the S2. Hesitation. Option A: Lower the FLHP and teach her to ride it. It *is* easier to ride than her '02 XL... Option B: we have a Ram 2500 "chase truck" from DC area to Homecoming. Spares, ramps, tools, frosty beverages....hmm. That could work! | ||

Hey Rat! Robin and I are heading to Homecoming as well.. Finally making one.. and it sounds like it'll be the 'Right One' to be at. Depending on travel dates.. mayhaps we could make a 'convoy' out of the trip? I should have the 'new' trailer ready to roll and that means more room to help haul .. uh.. stuff.. Gonna see if we can get a certain 'Cheif Tech O' type to sign Bumble Buell.. and then.. well.. there's my new ride.. hehehehehehe.. | ||

Just talked to Heidi at Buell CS and she said Buell is NOT shutting down with HD this week and the plan is still to start shipping in the next two weeks. And the weather gets crappier every day... snow in my forecast Friday, Saturday and Sunday. | ||

Buell will not be impacted and continues to build. It actually worked out to Buells benefit as Buell has been building BLAST and XB's until the 1125 was ready. Buell is going to go "pure 1125r) for a bit and therefor has no demand for air cooled motors (from the HD Capital Drive facility) during the shut down. | ||
