I saw that bike last night. I like the execution. I am looking to build, or buy if I find one I really like, a cafe'd CB. I met a guy who make one of the slickest ones I had ever seen. It was fantastic! |

Slightly different tail configuration and a different color seat, maybe some flat tracker bars or clip ons and rear sets. A good platform to work from. |

The gas tank looks great the tail, not so great. It looks like he was trying to mix old with new, but the lines do not flow. Neither does the seat or angle of the tail. |

I think some of our perception is colored by knowing what that tail section is supposed to look like. If he built the bike out of spoons, but we had never seen a spoon, we wouldn't have our perception clouded by associating the bike's aesthetic with breakfast cereal and ice cream. |

I saw a 78CB 750 Honda this summer that some kid put together. He did a wonderful job on it, but he was selling it for $7000! |

A guy put together the sweetest CB 350 I have ever seen. It looked like a Norton Commando. I should have bought it. I kick myself daily. |
