Yikes, that's never good. I had a little scare last night when I got home in gardner. A buddy called me to say a blue/white gsxr wrecked by gardner lake (same bike my roommate has). So I kinda got worried cause I couldn't get ahold of him but wasn't the case. Turned out was a 17 year old kid who did get killed. |

Hi guys, Sorry its been so long since I've posted or ridden with anybody, but its been a rough year and there hasn't been a lot of time for fun stuff. My business is always in need of money and the next step I want to take involves buying three expensive tools and a wiring upgrade to my shop that I can't afford without selling my beloved XB12S. I didn't know if it is bad form to post an eBay link to my auction, so I won't, but the Item number is 300171702912 or you could search "Tandoc Tools" on the bay and it should come up. If any of you know anyone who might be interested, please help me out. I started the auction at $4600 which is what I absolutly must get for it. I hope you are all well and I hope our paths will continue to cross for many years to come, because I will own a new Rotax powered Buell as soon as my business flourishes! Aloha, Warren Tandoc |

Well it don't look like we're goin to stuntwars, but maybe Daytona bike week the first week of March. My buddy's mom lives in Jacksonville and thought we could just ride from there to Daytona. Only a few of us goin so far so we got room for a few more cause we'll probly take a van. Anybody up for that? You still got your place down there, sam? |

Kudos. Me too. A guy I met out here in DC had them on his bike from a previous owner and had no idea what they meant. |

I have new front and rear wheels coming in the mail so hopefully I will be rocking the xb9 daily again. I do need to get tires though and after a little checking around the stock tires that come on the xb9 cityx are pretty expensive (175 for rear)... Does anyone know where I can get them a lot cheaper or suggest another tire? Also once I get the tires can someomone recommend a cheap place in town to have them mounted\balanced? Sorry im on a slim budget so I have to be peddler like. |

Cafe Racer downtown will mount and balance for $20 each. I buy my tires from Motorcycle Superstore, TireExpress.com, or SWMototire.com. I like Michelins the best. They seem to last the longest of the tires I have tried so far. If you just want some to get by and are not planning a track day, ask Greg or Spooner at Cafe Racer if they know anybody with some take-off tires. The guys who race will throw out tires with lots of miles left on them because they raced on them once or twice. I have seen some of these that would not be fit for recycling, but some really are good as new. One guy offered me a set for $100 last year that looked brand new minus the chicken strips. |

Stopped by gail's the other day and was very impressed with the new 1125R. Hadn't seen it in person before that. LOTS of changes for the good. Only part that would keep me from considering one is the front fairing. It looks like the front end on the RR, f'n HUGE! Other than that, sweet new guages and powerplant with the 6-speed. Kind of a weird blueish color on the frame and wheels, tho. Lookin forward to riding one. |

In regards to Cafeelite: don't know if you've ever mounted dirtbike tires by hand or anything but we've been mounting our own tires for awhile now. Usually just leave the weights where they are and work fine, but you could look into a really cheap gravity balancer. One of my buddies has one that I've used before. The only hard part is breaking the bead off the rim. Sometimes you hafta get creative! |

Hey Lee, I was also there on saturday bout 4 to 8? Obviously didn't cya there but yeah it was a decent show. The rat rods were pretty awesome! You take those same rods out and put them in a field somewhere and they would look like junk! Also watched the bmx stuntshow which was pretty cool. You know we could totally do shows like that on our fiddys? |

I was there from 3 to about 5:30. The rats are my favorite by far. The stunt show was pretty amazing. I watched it from my friend's sprint car display. I would almost pay to see a show like that on fiddies. |
