I got an extra S2 one but it is not like the pic, that is a S2t shifter... The S2 is straighter on the verticle leg.. You can tell the pic is a S2t by the peg mount... | ||

Actually mine is an S2T but I've inverted the pegs so that they're 1" up. I would imagine that an S2 shifter would work just fine. How much you want for it? | ||

..and my bike is a 95, making it a plain S2. I do have the "touring peg mounts" which were an accessory. The shifter is identical to the one that's on my S1W, and to what is shown in parts lookup for my model and year... And to answer the "my pegs are inverted" question, yes, it will work just fine. I actually turned my pegs down for comfort (long legs) - the S1W is for turning my legs into pretzels, LOL. | ||

There was an update or recall on the shift levers back in about 1997/98.... Court should be able to verify this... I cant remeber what the difference was for sure, but the shape was different... I had both for my 1995 S2..Over to you Court.....Hankb.. | ||
