I don't understand, how can a guy get charged with drunk driving if the cop didn't even see him operating the vehicle? Because the key was in the ignition(enuff in several states, thats why they say if you decide to sleep it off, take the keys and put them in the glove box or throw them out the window), he might have admited to the bike being his, and as a general rule bikes to just show up in a median R | ||

Take your pick...Drunk Driving or Drunk in Public, they have got you either way if they want regardless where you are parked. Have driven a few to court both in WI and CA that received DUI charges when they were parked sleeping one off between the Bar and Home. The legal rationale is simple. You were drunk before you pulled over otherwise you would be home. LOL | ||
