I am planning to replace my S3's battery in the next month, prior to the season. Has anyone tried the Yuasa High Performance version YTX20HL-BS. It has 40 more cranking amps than the standard TX20HL-BS, which is recommended for the S3. Thnaks for your input.

I perosnnaly love the Oddesey(Sp??) brand of batteires for Buells. They hold a charge forever! Dry cell technology is cool!

Good grief. That Oddysey battery may be the cat's pajamas, but it sure is a horrible color. No way I buying one unless I can get it in black.

I had an Odyssey bat. It only lasted about a year. The charging system is good and it gets rode every day...so who knows. I use a V-Rod batt. now.
