i just got my bike back from the dealer after someone backed into it,so while it was there i had a few things added; ceramic coated headers, D&D exhaust, flush mounted under tail with led lights, the CIA airbox, and a couple of other cosmetic goodies.in a couple of months i'm planning on having the cams changed, and heads ported and polished.what a difference already!!! |

Any pics? How much to have the exhaust ceramic coated? I know you have just had it done but does the ceramic coating last? Will it not chip off? Norrie. |

Norrie, If you get the sterling silver coat done by jet-hot you could bounce your pipes off the floor and they wouldn't chip. |

These pipes are not mine, they are pictures from other threads on this site. The first one is the sterling silver the second is the black. (as you can see) I personally am going to try the blue. I'll let you guys know how they turnout when I'm done. |

i hope the pipes last. within 9 days of having the bike back i've already slapped on a 1000 miles, and they still look immaculate.not to mention that the D@D exhaust kicks butt!!! |

Hey Matt- Your bike looks great! Really like the headers. Did you get that front sprocket cover from Al at American Sport Bike? It really flows well with the rider heel protector. -Brad |

Hey Robxb- Where did you get that cam or timing cover at(not sure what they call it)? Were the rivets hard to get out? How did you get them out? (Message edited by lpd22 on January 26, 2005) |
