Although I don't recommend them for service the price was pretty competitive. Best out the door prices and I couldn't ask for better follow up service. The service department has always treated me well and I've never had any trouble with my XB. The sales folks should spend some more time doing their homework, though. Don't know about the service department as I live in Alabama and don't drive that far for service, but they are "family" owned. Picked up an 05 XB12R for what Flint River HD wanted for an 04 XB9 (and thats with delivery and6 yrs of warranty to boot!) Flint River(albany, GA) does have a good Buell Mechanic, but they add 10% to the book hours on any job they do. I have never had any service dealings with Ocala, but they were super friendly and helpful when I purchased my bike from them.   Geofg Posted on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 - 02:14 pm:        Hey there BuellGator, Mea Culpa, I admit it. I've always considered Parts and Service to be a team, but you're right. I've been satisfied with sales and service. They have an offer in service of buy an oil change (or service maint) and get your next oil change for free. Saves you a little when you use Syn3.
