VR1203: A Buell racing sticker would look nice...I'm with Pete: it is a Buell and even though it has VR1000 style bodywork by Aerotech, it's a Buell engine, frame, etc. and I think Buell is a racier name than H-D; however, it is your bike. Did you do a lot of custom plumbing to that turbo mount? I seeme to remember that they normally mount up front. I think I like your setup better. Vik |

Some of the other joys in my life. A Montesa Cota trials bike, and my son David.

I painted the tank black because I like the way it kinda flows into the seat...the tank was pretty bubbled when I purchased the bike, and I got tired of waiting for the replacement. It's painted with a flexible rubber bumper coating that is very durable and should never bubble. |

Eeeeek,As far as racy goestry to imagine the poorest VR1000(don't count the ones that broke down!) on the track with the best Buell(I could be wrong on this insinuation, I do not have track times of the bikes to compare) The kit that I bought from Cap is for a S2 and it did fit except where the intake tube runs over the right side frame rail.I had to do some reconstuction in that area .Its the older style that fits under the bike that Aerocharger says did'nt work as well. I like it though. I'm hoping for 150hp, I'll know by the end of this week. Its DYNO TIME!! |

Turnagain, That bike looks like one I saw at Fontana. If so, I beleive the owner is from Texas. Sorry but I don't remember his name. |

The wifes new bike. Now get this, we were looking to get a new blast, the grape juice one. She didnt like the overall size and looks of the blast. Searching for other options on Ebay, she landed this 2000 Ducati 750 M. for a mier $4500! it has 5700mi., D&D pipes/ stock pipes and matching helmet thrown in for good measure. Holey crap, the economy is in our favor. She even got it financed at 6%! |

Skulley, I always wondered about those bikes on Ebay. Did you buy it sight unseen or was is close enough to your home so you could check it out in person? It's a beauty...and a steal for $4500. Steve |
