FunJimmy, they fired up the C1 in front of the exhibition hall, much to the delight of MANY onlookers. Too bad, the fairings stayed on. Awesome sound! |

I got an email from Chris Kleps last night. He said he had been thinking of the Buell club. He bought another bike and is planning a ride through China and Tibet. Roc, i owe you an apology. i was doing some custodial tidying and tried to "fix" your post by moving the pic of Chris' BMW up to replace the blank "image button", and succeeded only in vaporizing the image entirely. my bad, and my humble apologies. sorry Roc, Ferris (Message edited by jerry_haughton on December 16, 2004) |

Good call on the Sprint, Steve. Those Speed Triples are butt-ugly. All that plumbing needs a fairing to hide it! |

Oh Eric say it isn't so - butt ugly. I wish I would not have crashed at all, but hell later in the season would have suited me just fine so I could have ordered me one those butt ugly 05 triples. I love the looks of the new bike. It is bad . Oh well, my little lady bug will just have to do, I won't let her know she is 2nd best though. Nothing will ever be able to replace Sweet Pea! |

Kim, We really missed you at the show and dinner. Chris and I really had a good time! It was nice to see everyone. Sunday morning was fuzzy but we made it to Pikes Market and got some shopping done. FunJimmy, Great photo of the girls. You sure are the proud Daddy! Eric, Yep so glad we did not have to get up and ride Sunday! The last drink on the way back to the motel was not really needed. Roc, Please tell Chris we are thinking of him also! Sure do hope he is having a good time. I had a feeling he was not going to be without 2 wheels for long over there. Happy Holidays everyone! Loni |

You're welcome, shotgun. Today was a mild 85f but the humidity was around the 90% mark. We have had a few 105*F days and I expected to come home from work and find 3 American puddles. We have just finished packing and about to leave any hour now for Narabri, about 450 miles NW. I am expecting days to be around 110*F or above. Luckily, my sister's house is fully air conditioned. Perfect weather for tasteing beers, sunburn and watching bikini's. Thats Christmas day. Boxing day is usualy started with a hangover and watch the start of the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, then watch the cricket and get pickled yet again. I did say usualy, this year we are going water skiing and fishing. I'll get some pics for ya of a summer chrissy mate. Mostly too dang hot for riding. I'll be thinking of you while I wipe the sweat off and cold one mate. And try to imagine what a freezing place Portland is for christmas, then again it may not occur to me at all, while I blow the froth off yet another ice cold refreshing ale. |

Merry Christmas to all our Buell/Bike Buddies! Hope Santa is good to all! We received a Christmas Card for everyone, from Pete in Kuwait! View it below; sorry for poor quality but it's tough to cram the images down to 60kb. Looking forward to seeing you guys for Daytona Party! Also, if you need to contact us, do it via email as we have not had a chance to lurk on the badweb at all! Again, Happiest of Holidays to All! Lo, Don & Family Okay... here's Pete's card (those are beer cases in the back of the sleigh):

Hey guys and gals, I'm cleaning the garage up a little and came across a front tire: Avon 120/70ZR17 Very good shape. If someone could use it, I'll be glad to let it go for the price of a good lunch at either the Emerald Queen or the Muckleshoot. |
