( And I'm an example of "Squirrel!" ADHD that may argue a point, then roll straight to related topics in a way that Venn diagrams don't work ) Re: the link above... ( Squirrel! ) Seems to have the facts right, skips over the Publisher's advertisement of Barry as a promising Kenyan immigrant, and I have no opinion on the Frank Marshall Davis rumor. ( Except my take on Barry's late Mother is she dated, maybe married, certainly had a child by, a black commie man, to get revenge on her Daddy. Barry's Mom is an unreliable witness, long dead, and the above opinion on her is actually sympathetic and sad. ) I read Barry's novel, Dreams from My Father, before he was elected. Mostly I was struck by two things. First, the syntax, style, etc. was not how Barry speaks, so I was unsurprised when anarcho-communist terrorist Ayers claimed he ghost wrote it. ( And was Obama's mentor in his early political career ) Second, there's a LOT of "arguments" in his novel that struck me as revisionist. The clever comebacks, devastating points, etc. that you think of after the event & wished you'd said, because that would have been great! But didn't. Unless you're "writing your memoirs" and lie you actually did. Which is pretty common in celebrity & political life. But, the solid tell that Dreams was fictional, came from Obama's "composite character" ( Barry's term ) imaginary girlfriend who was all sad she wasn't good enough for him, in a weird racist and self serving context. ( for Barry, not her ) Which while not Impossible, in a Universe of Infinite scope, is so highly unlikely that I'd bet a Happy Meal, or week's pay, was not an apologetic tearful smooth ending, but was actually her dumping him in a state of accusatory fury. ( And multiple furious girls, per her being a Composite Character ) But that's just my opinion based on my life. | ||

I'm a bit disappointed in a lot of the "right wing" pundits who "pounce on" picayune lies from the left and think it's a Triumph. ( Party Media has the formula, don't tell the news, accuse Republicans of pouncing on the Wonderful People's minor misstatements. ) Case in point, Kamala's* 4? year old, now, suddenly claiming to work at McD's. Given that she's an incompetent pathological liar, I doubt it. And, sure, it's just another brick in her wall of deceit. But it's not a game changing "gotcha" or even close. If you're paying attention, you know she's dishonest. If you're a loyalist, you don't care, or worse, you either have been brainwashed to not believe anything that conflicts with Doctrine, or know full well that she's REDACTED and love it. If she wins. By Any Means Necessary. Which also means Kamala* will get dumped like a rotten potato if she loses. I don't see the mental/verbal skill to make it as a MSNBC talking head. But... I'd be astonished if she really was a quick witted pundit. Fooled me. I'd really wonder why she never showed it before? And I'd marvel at her consistency in her faked stupidity.
