I blame COVID madness for the decrease in participation, but I plan to do my annual pilgrimage to East Troy this week before I head to Road America for MotoAmerica racing. I'm planning to arrive some time Wednesday in East Troy and to have a cheeseburger and peanut butter milkshake at Gus's Wednesday evening. If anybody else is in the area or might want to meet there, SWELL! I did a quick search for possible activities in the area. LDs doesn't start bike nights until the following week. Last year the Throttlestop in Elkhart Lake had a bike show over the weekend last year, but there's nothing on their web page indicating they're repeating. Road America is having Vintage Motofest on Saturday, so if anybody would plan to participate, chime in. I know Buell/EBR folks attend the racing, and I'll be there all weekend and always enjoy chatting with other enthusiasts of the brand, so don't be a stranger. I will undoubtedly be wearing something Buell, in case we've never met. |
