Unlimited power, funding, zero accountability, no need to accomplish anything useful, since the crisis is fake and solving even imaginary problems would ruin the unlimited power of total lies and mob direction to destroy your enemies. In spy novels, a popular plot device is the Mission Impossible guy. The secret agent assigned jobs by the President that can't or won't get done by the corrupt Intelligence Community. In the Mission Impossible show/movies there's a shadowy group that insulates the President and "Secretary" from blame. In many novels there's no group to leak. ( spy novel writers are much smarter than Hollywood hacks ) The "mess up and you're on your own" part is the same. In the real world, the rogue spy/assassin is kinda terrifying. So is Kerry. The Climate Czar job is, honestly, perfect for John Kerry. He has long experience negotiating illegally with our enemies, giving them publicity and fake legitimacy as he commits treason and acts to destroy American freedoms and rights. Sure, he started small, supporting North Vietnam during the "not war so it's not treason in time of war". ( if you're John Kerry, a normal soldier would get prison time ) He's in the Big Time now, a total global war on Capitalism and freedom. Few are as treasonously qualified to lie so much to so many. I'd be terrible at Kerry's job as Joe* created it. But if, for example, An Evil Republican got the President job because the trucks carrying fake ballots burned in the Trans-riots organized by Soros to defame the R candidate, by mistake, I'd be happy to take on the task of making the job obsolete. How, is not suitable for public comment. Truth is hate speech. Rogue spy... Heh. | ||

Depending upon your religious view, millions of years of evolution or Intelligent Design has produced, ( with multi thousand year breeding programs ) a fairly efficient array of critters that convert grass and insects and grain into dense, protein rich foods. Organic, no less! Natural. A part of Nature's bounty. Vs. multinational mining, conversion of vast quantities of natural food into untested artificial food. With high waste! Hostess, the Cupcakes company, are far more efficient at turning grain and plants into desirable edible foods. It's called baking. I've watched the decades of fake food fads. Oleo, Canola, Saccharine, reverse sugars, Olestra! ( insert fart sound effects here, changing to embarrassingly wet fart noises and groans ) It sometimes takes decades to find the major adverse health impact. Olestra is unique in that dry cleaning bills and public humiliation stopped it from being a major factor in heart disease, or cognitive impairment, or other disasters. I've tried a few fake burgers over the years. Not because I'm anti meat, but I've got gout, and a beef meal daily cripples me for days. And ditto my experiments with fake shakes. I'm on a diet for the usual medical reasons. The local mega supermarket chain, ( Wegmans, so good they literally took Soviet Spies and officers there to seduce them into defecting. ) has a "health bar/drink" aisle. Every fad on display. Plant based, no dairy, made entirely from milk, no grains, all grains, and hilariously, all meat, top shelf! Boutique Jerky! ( Wagyu beef & Ostrich! ) Hey, you want to eat a pea based fake hamburger for whatever reason you have? Fine! I'm all for it! Market forces and consumer demand produce a variety unknown to my own early adult life. I love that I HAVE A CHOICE of burgers from fat to lean to Turkey to plant puck. And that's the bottom line to determine good and evil. Does it increase individual rights, freedoms & choices? Or does it take them away? It's not the perfect litmus test for everything. ( the steel you choose to build a bridge for example ) But it's pretty solid for politics and human relationships. | ||

But his experiments show the need for a cross-discipline approach to science, to avoid mistakes. The difference between failure and success of the WB-5 & WB-6 is in realizing the poor dynamics of the geometry, and basically going from square to round cross section magnets. To me, admittedly with some hindsight, it's obvious that you get better flow over curves than corners, my hobby being flying things and aerodynamics. However, the same flow dynamics in plasmas and air tell me a circular cross section magnet is still pretty terrible. The "teardrop" shape is nigh ubiquitous in aerodynamic design for a reason. | ||

But the effectiveness of any given drug and any given individual is only determined by experiment. Someday, they promise, your gene scan will flag your file with drugs to avoid, and ones that will work great. Hopefully long before they decode genetics enough to tell from birth you'll be a Flat Earther or vote Libertarian. The dirty secret of psych drugs is the Goal is almost always to level you out and turn your brain down. Some few folk need being turned up, but don't count on "make you smart" meds being available. ( see all the sci-fi stories... Flowers For Algernon ) While making you into a zombie is a gross exaggeration, cynically, the Goal is almost always to make you less annoying to The System. And when the chemicals in the brain are being regulated, it's often a challenge to the body to get the chemistry back to "normal" and changing, or stopping, the meds can lead to severe mood and thought changes. And they give these potent drugs to kids like candy. See cynical view above. Back in the ancient days of the 1970s, the Big drug was speed. Ritalin! Which in my town meant a trading system where the Jr. High kids traded the pills to High school kids for Pot. Self medicating has a long tradition. Using actual Science, what they mean is their predictions might come true if you change the laws of physics. They really have been going on false assumptions since at least 1998. And they KNEW they were lying then. I'll give the Establishment a half-pass on the Ice Age scare of 1977. And Nuclear Winter. The science looked good, in 1977, at least to me, ( and, yeah, I was actually taking second level meteorology classes that year ) for an upcoming Ice Age. The simple truth is, barring a DIFFERENT extinction level event like a black hole changing our orbit, or a dinosaur killer asteroid strike, We Will have an Ice Age, and in a geological time frame, very fracking soon. I mean The Big Plunge and mass glaciation, not the mini changes that just give us Dark Ages. Probability? 1. Or 100% If you prefer. Since we don't get know the "trigger" event, and probably won't recognize it until later, the "ice free Arctic, keeps snowing year around" theory had some merit. It wouldn't surprise me too much if there was a hidden agenda behind the hype, though, like there was a pro-peace/anti-nuclear war behind Nuclear Winter. Global Warming, the Scam, has zero evidence that it ever happened before and just lies ( we now know from leaked correspondence ) to promote a faulty hypothesis it can ever happen. Now this may count as CYA, but there is a remote possibility that, if our limited understanding of Chaos Theory is good, that a self sustaining Hurricane can park over the Great Lakes and kick off The Ice Age, not stopping until they freeze over and all the cities along them, from Syracuse to Minneapolis are abandoned or dead. ( stopping the heat pump ) There's no record of it ever happening before, but human history is all very recent. | ||
