That's being unfair, obviously, they watch MSNBC and believe the racists there, no matter what they say. Even when their lies Wednesday are the opposite of their lies Tuesday. I don't agree with the Dobbs choice. I agree with most of Justice Thomas's rationalization, and he may be the best scholar on the court. I disagree for liberal reasons. The Supremes may have been unable to rule in favor of freedom both ways, given the Reliance of the case on Constitutionality, as the Jackson Women's Health Organization, claimed as their central argument. ( apparently a profitable abortion mill, and maybe even offering some few other services, unknown. Their web site offers $100 "ultrasound" but I didn't see anything about pre-natal care assistance or literally anything that supports women's health. Does seem a fairly comprehensive list of profitable tests all geared to helping a "bleeder" rationalize their choice to abort their unborn. tests most health insurance would cover if ordered by a doctor, but Jacksons is a credit card and cash business that apparently doesn't want to get screwed by insurance companies. Just exploit women in times of crisis. ) "Unfortunately" for the Abortion Company, their legal challenge was based on a Supreme Court case, that created a specific "right" instead of any Actual Rights Enumerated in the Constitution. Thus, with a slim majority of honest judges, the Abortion Company lost. In my not so humble opinion the profitable business would have been better off going with a "none of your damn business" argument with claims of being an established part of Mississippi society, that was under assault by politically motivated religious group pandering and vote buying. Which has the merit of being true. And I say this without judging the Baby Killing Company  or the Corrupt Mississippi Legislature. ( I slander equally! ) And for selfish motives. I WANT a good "none of your damn business" case decision to use against ANY busybody Government overreach /power grab. Because I clearly see/predict literally insane government F$%&ing with people happening Right Now and getting worse. Like mandatory drugs, arbitrary business closings by decree of the Governor/Mayor/Commisar and mass voter fraud, just to cite recent history. | ||

An additional selfish motive of mine is simply I don't want political murder as Standard Operating Procedure in America. That's the strategy of evil men who can't win in the struggle of thought. Can't sell their self serving lies in a free marketplace. The Left's SOP. Yes, they murdered President Kennedy ( communist ) shot up the Republican soft ball team ( Bernie socialist ) and attacked the Republican Candidate for Governor in New York, ( Pelosi moron? ) so conquest by murder and terrorism is an ongoing problem. And sure, some in power would prefer to simply assassinate their competition, like Vladimir. But, so far, few are willing to risk retaliation.
